Use your event’s poster instructions

Check the required orientation and maximum poster dimensions with the course, department or conference organizer. Requirements can differ between events, so do not assume that a poster used for one McMaster presentation will fit another display board. Prepare detailed research figures for print

Scientific and medical posters often combine graphs, diagrams, image panels and references in a limited space. Inspect labels, scale bars, legends and captions in the final PDF. Use high-quality source images and confirm that all required text remains readable when printed at your chosen dimensions.

Plan campus delivery around your presentation

Enter the recipient name, department, building, room or receiving point and full postal address. Carrier delivery to campus is separate from internal delivery to a lab or office. If your poster session starts early, schedule arrival for an earlier business day rather than relying on a delivery immediately before the event.

Make group orders easier to manage
