Choose foldable fabric when travel is the priority
A full-length poster tube can be awkward to carry through airports and between sessions. Jet-Setter is a foldable, wrinkle-resistant fabric poster that you can pack for travel without a tube. It has a satin finish, photorealistic print quality and a wide color gamut.
It is a practical option when you are flying to a scientific meeting or presenting the same research more than once. Wrinkle-resistant does not mean completely crease-free: pack and handle your poster carefully.

Choose semi-gloss paper for image-focused presentations
Executive uses heavyweight paper with a semi-gloss finish. Choose it when vivid imagery and a premium paper appearance are your priorities, such as a poster featuring photographs or detailed visual results.
Paper should be rolled rather than folded. For courier delivery and further travel, select protective poster tube packaging.
Choose an Executive semi-gloss poster.
Choose matte paper for an economical presentation
Graduate uses matte coated paper and is suited to one-time presentations, student projects and on-campus research events. It is a straightforward option when you want an academic poster with a matte finish at a lower print cost.
As with Executive, protect a paper poster in a tube when shipping or transporting it. Compare the final displayed price for your chosen dimensions and packaging before ordering.
Choose a Graduate matte poster.
Check the poster size before choosing a material
Use your conference's current presenter instructions to confirm the allowed dimensions and orientation. A poster board's maximum size is not always a required print size.
Common poster dimensions include 24 × 36, 36 × 48 and 36 × 72 inches. Custom dimensions are available through the product size options. Enter the two side lengths in Side 1 and Side 2; either orientation is accepted. Confirm that your PDF proportions match the size you order.
Review our poster design and file preparation resources, or contact us if you need help with sizing.
Plan printing and Canadian delivery separately
Most individual posters are printed within 24 hours after payment and a print-ready PDF are received. Group orders and files requiring corrections may take longer. Printing time is additional to shipping transit time.
We ship across Canada. Canadian prices are shown in CAD, and shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on your destination and shipping method. Local pickup is available in Kitchener, with local delivery options for eligible Southern Ontario addresses. Allow extra time for weekends, holidays, carrier delays and your destination's receiving process.
If you are sending a poster to a conference hotel, confirm its package acceptance rules, receiving address and any handling fees first. See our Canadian academic poster printing and delivery guide, and contact us before ordering if your conference or travel deadline is fixed.
